At Mikado Diamonds, we want you to cherish your fine jewelry forever. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your diamond jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certification documents, such as GIA or IGI reports, to avoid a replacement fee.

  Insured Shipping

  Attach the provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
